Oct. 11 - Analysts scratched their heads after a sharp reversal in the tech-heavy Nasdaq pulled the Dow and the S&P 500 from record levels. The Dow erased a triple-digit gain to lose 65 points to 14,015. The S&P 500 lost 8 points to 1,554. The Nasdaq lost 39 points, or 1.4 percent, to 2,772. Crude oil prices jumped to settle at $83.08 a barrel.
